What payment options are available?
Payment is made in two instalments: a non-refundable €600 registration fee to secure your spot, and the remaining balance paid on arrival. The balance can be paid in Euros, US dollars, or Dominican pesos.

What if I travel alone?
Solo travel is a wonderful chance for self-reflection and making new friends.
Price is per person for a shared double room. If you prefer a single room or are traveling alone without a roommate, there’s a €500 single room supplement. Let us know your roommate preference in the booking form.

You can cancel up to 30 days before the tour starts, but please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

What do I need to enter the Dominican Republic?
To enter the Dominican Republic, all travelers are required to complete a free electronic form (E-ticket) before both arrival and departure. You can fill it out here: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/

Which airport should I fly into in the Dominican Republic?
Your arrival airport depends on where your tour begins. If your tour starts in Santo Domingo, we recommend flying into Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ – Aeropuerto Internacional de Las Américas). If your tour starts in Puerto Plata, fly into Puerto Plata Airport (POP – Aeropuerto Internacional Gregorio Luperón).
Airport transfers to and from the hotel are provided only from the starting city’s airport. If you need advice on flights or booking your ticket, feel free to contact us.

How does airport transfer work when arriving and departing?
Airport transfers are provided on the first and last day of the Dominican Dream Tour from the starting city’s airport only. Exact transfer times are listed in the tour description. If you arrive at a different airport or outside the scheduled group transfer time, you’ll need to arrange your own transport. The same applies if you join the tour later.

What kind of accommodation can I expect?
Accommodation is provided in comfortable apartments and hotel rooms, carefully selected for quality, location, and beach access. You’ll find more details about accommodation in the current tour description.

Do I need to know how to dance to participate?
Not at all! The Dominican Dream Tour welcomes all dance levels—from complete beginners to experienced dancers. Workshop participation is optional, so you can join as much or as little as you like. The program includes dance activities and is perfect for lovers of Latin music and dance.

Can I do my own activities apart from the group?
Of course! You can always take a break and enjoy some time for yourself. Our great location means you can easily walk to the beach, shops, or local restaurants without needing a taxi. If you’d like to add water sports or extra dance lessons to your stay, we’re happy to recommend options or help with translation.
